Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Burger King Bolton #25840 is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 16-20 staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a positive experience, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting their targets and improving their skills.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong focus on customer service.
