Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by driving growth, building relationships, and transforming the healthcare landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Engagement: Schedule and conduct meetings with existing leads and potential clients across Quebec to discuss our innovative products and services.
- Product Presentations: Present our cutting-edge solutions to doctors, practitioners, and administrative staff to showcase their benefits and value.
- Sales Management: Persuade clients to adopt our solutions, oversee onboarding, and provide excellent after-sales support to ensure their success.
- Client Relationship: Act as a trusted advisor, managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring their needs are met with our solutions.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.
- Industry Networking: Represent the company at medical conferences and other industry events to build our presence and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Internal Collaboration: Advocate for clients' needs and work with internal teams to enhance the client experience.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest clinical data and research to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant scientific field, with experience in sales.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in the healthcare sector, particularly with hospitals and clinics.

- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to drive sales and negotiate effectively.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build and nurture relationships.
- Organization: Excellent at planning, managing tasks, and paying attention to detail.
- Self-Motivation: Proactive and driven with a confident approach to tasks.
- Clinical Data: Skilled in interpreting and presenting complex clinical information.
- Adaptability: Flexible and capable of adjusting to evolving products and healthcare systems.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in English and French, with strong communication abilities in both languages.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required.
