About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Linkup1. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Direct and control daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Planning and Organization
    • Plan and organize daily office operations to meet business objectives.
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel.
    • Answer electronic enquiries and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
    • Greet visitors and direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas.
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
    • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Work Environment
    • Work Term: Permanent
    • Work Language: English
    • Hours: 40 hours per week
