We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Wayne Nichols Insurance & Financial Services Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our advisors and assisting in the servicing of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our advisors, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Develop and maintain professional business relationships with clients, prospects, and colleagues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in administrative support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
