Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our advisors, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Develop and maintain professional business relationships with clients, prospects, and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in administrative support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
