Join Our Rider Team

We're seeking a strong software engineer to join our Rider team and build the best user experience for our customers. As a key member of our team, you'll identify, define, and solve strategically essential consumer-facing rider problems, including architecting and building highly scalable foundational product platforms, leading new product initiatives, and revamping core rider experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with PMs, Engineers, Design, Data Scientists, Research, and Operations teams
  • Architect and build highly scalable foundational product platforms
  • Lead new product initiatives and revamp core rider experiences
  • Make data-driven decisions to drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of industry professional software development experience
  • Track record of building impactful products or systems
  • Strong data insight and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • 2+ years of experience coding in Ruby on Rails preferred
