About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Rider team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Lead the development of new features and products, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our software solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of industry experience in software development, with a strong focus on scalability and efficiency.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus.
What We Offer
