About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Total Rewards and HR Systems team at Humber River Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent
  • Lead the design and implementation of HR systems and processes to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational change management initiatives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to senior leaders and employees
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of HR professionals
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits design, implementation, and administration
  • Excellent leadership and change management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, employees, and external partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
