Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, often requiring research and consultation with technical manuals and documentation.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on how to use computer systems and software, as well as best practices for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Log Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and solutions, including problems and solutions logs for use by other technical support analysts.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
