Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Mine Ventilation Engineer to join our team at BBE Group Canada. This permanent position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week and requires a Bachelor's degree along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and implement mineral processing machinery and equipment.
  • Assess and determine safe and efficient methods for extracting mineral deposits.
  • Design and optimize ventilation systems, shafts, and haulage routes.
  • Prepare detailed project estimates, schedules, and operational reports.
  • Coordinate and execute mine safety initiatives.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervising authority.
  • Draft and present project proposals.
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive risk management strategies.
  • Plan and oversee layout and installation processes.
  • Compile reports and audit results.
  • Conduct site assessments to gather necessary data.
  • Design and execute verification simulations and prototype tests for components.
