Mine Ventilation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mine Ventilation Engineer to join our team at BBE Group Canada. As a Mine Ventilation Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our mining facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Select and specify mineral treatment machinery and equipment to meet the needs of our mining operations.
- Determine the most effective means of safely and efficiently mining deposits, taking into account factors such as geology, mining methods, and environmental considerations.
- Design and develop shafts, ventilation, and haulage systems that meet the requirements of our mining operations.
- Prepare and manage operations and project estimates, schedules, and reports to ensure that our mining operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Implement and coordinate mine safety programs to ensure the health and safety of our employees and the public.
- Report any malfunctions or issues to your supervisor in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare and present proposals to stakeholders and management to secure funding and resources for our mining operations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that we have access to the best equipment and services for our mining operations.
- Develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate potential risks and ensure the success of our mining operations.
- Determine the layout and installation procedures for our mining equipment and systems.
- Prepare and present reports and audit findings to stakeholders and management to ensure that our mining operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Conduct site visits to gather relevant information and ensure that our mining operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and conduct design verification simulations and prototype bench tests of components to ensure that they meet the requirements of our mining operations.
