Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at 9811770 Canada INC. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the sales floor operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Floor Operations: Oversee the sales floor, including merchandise display, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Customer Service: Ensure customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to sales staff to improve their performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
