Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at 9811770 Canada INC. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Assign sales staff to duties and tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Hire and train new staff members to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Authorize payments and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff to ensure seamless operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment
- Basic security clearance and criminal record check
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
