Sales Team Lead

Canada INC is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic security clearance and criminal record check.
The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of sales staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and leadership skills.
