Job Summary:

As a Sales Team Lead at Supa Vapes Inc., you will be responsible for leading and supporting the sales team to uphold company standards and exceed targets. You will foster a positive work environment, maintaining high morale and teamwork, and drive upsells and promote deals in-store and online. You will also ensure swift responses to customer inquiries and train, develop, and manage team members, ensuring consistent performance.
