About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at pt Health, a leading provider of community healthcare services. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with a range of mental health conditions
  • Provide evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and other approaches, to support clients in achieving their goals
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and evaluate mental health programs to support the unique needs of various client groups
  • Consult with other mental health service team members and clinical interdisciplinary teams to ensure best practices and high-quality care
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited university
  • Current registration in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists (competency with adult populations; clinical)
  • Individual professional liability insurance required at time of employment
  • Experience working on Long Term Disability claims from MVA 3rd party funders, conducting psychological assessments with adults, and providing evidence-based treatments
