Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Lindsay Firehouse Subs. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
- Prepare and manage budgets, estimating ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Supervise the assembly of trays and ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
