Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

PEDI N NAILS is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate: Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth salon operations.
  • Supervise and Train: Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Client Services: Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of salon staff, including office and volunteer staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Language:

English.

Hours:

40 hours per week.
