Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Nursing & Homemakers Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality oral health care services to our patients. This includes consulting with dentists on patient care, supervising dental assistants, and performing various dental procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with dentists on patient care and treatment plans
  • Supervise dental assistants in their health care functions and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Perform dental procedures such as taking impressions, applying fluoride treatment, and removing stains and deposits from teeth
  • Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide education on oral health
  • Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Dental Hygienists Licensure by the appropriate provincial or territorial governing body
  • 1-2 years of experience in a dental setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a dental practice setting, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking required throughout the day.
