Lead RVT Opportunity at Juno Veterinary, Inc

We are seeking a skilled and passionate RVT to join our team as a Lead RVT. This leadership role will involve coaching, developing, and motivating a team of RVTs to help us achieve our mission of providing exceptional veterinary care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop RVTs to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the Practice Manager to identify development opportunities and build training plans
  • Lead by example, embodying the Juno Brand Tenets to foster a positive and supportive work environment
  • Support conflict resolution and provide guidance to team members as needed
  • Assist with inventory supply ordering and other administrative tasks
