About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Aagum Trucking Experts Ltd. as a key member of our marketing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

Direct the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our business services and achieve our marketing objectives.

Manage Marketing Materials

Oversee the preparation and distribution of high-quality marketing materials, including website content, promotional materials, and press releases.

Lead a Team

Hire, train, direct, and motivate a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.

Manage Budgets

Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure effective use of marketing resources.

Cultivate Relationships

Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to promote our business services and support indigenous people.

Provide Training and Support

Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for indigenous workers.

Facilitate Access to Resources

Facilitate access to elders who can offer support and guidance to indigenous workers.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business administration, or communications.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a business services industry.

Language

Fluency in English is required.
