Program Officer

Transforming Faces is seeking a highly skilled Program Officer to enhance our Comprehensive Cleft Care (CCC) work in Africa. As a key member of our global initiatives team, you will support the strategy, planning, and logistics of our global initiatives, including virtual meetings and conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of global initiatives, including project management, data analysis, and communications.
- Contribute to new projects and relationships with partners in Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Review and coach partners on financial and project reporting.
- Assist with grant reporting.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of international development experience.
- Skilled in project management, proposal writing, financial management.
- Demonstrates superior oral and written skills (English required, French preferred).
- Effective relationship manager and cross-cultural communicator.
- Appreciates a fast pace and varied projects.
