About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Sja's West. As a key member of our National Distribution Centre (NDC) team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage workloads to ensure efficient receipt, processing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement plans to drive operational excellence across the warehouse.
  • Own the delivery and associated change process of new business or customer changes, ensuring effective communication with all affected personnel.

About You:

  • You will have a strong background in warehouse management, with experience in a busy distribution centre environment.
  • You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • You will hold a full UK manual driving licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience and no more than 3 penalty points.
