- Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data to inform decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and initiatives.
- Employee Support: Address employee inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with management, union representatives, and HR consultants.
- Negotiation: Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of the organization.
- Payroll Oversight: Supervise payroll administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
