Position Overview

As an HR Operations Manager at INCAN BUILDERS INC., you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce strategy and ensuring a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Establish and implement comprehensive policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
  • Job Classification: Oversee the classification and evaluation of job roles to ensure appropriate ratings.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Plan, develop, and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements with external partners.
  • Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data to inform decision-making.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and initiatives.
  • Employee Support: Address employee inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with management, union representatives, and HR consultants.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of the organization.
  • Payroll Oversight: Supervise payroll administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
