Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of estimates, project coordination, and submitting warranty claims
  • Schedule existing and future work
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
  • Setup work orders and prepare change orders, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage requests in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with customer service and knowledge of construction

Desired Assets

  • Successful completion of a CET or equivalent program
  • Knowledge of CAD and construction drawings
  • Understanding of roofing and/or cladding systems
