Position Overview:

We are in search of an enthusiastic and driven B2B SaaS Sales Executive to become a vital part of our expanding team. The perfect candidate will possess a strong interest in technology, exceptional communication abilities, and a solid history of success in B2B sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead Development: Actively seek out and generate new business opportunities through various methods, including outreach calls, email campaigns, social networking, and industry events.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within targeted organizations.
  • Sales Process Oversight: Efficiently manage the sales process, monitor progress, and follow up with prospects to ensure timely deal closures.
  • Market Analysis: Remain informed about industry trends, competitor movements, and market changes to uncover new sales opportunities and tactics.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives and performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in sales or a related field, ideally within the SaaS or technology domain.
  • Sales Proficiency: Demonstrated success in lead generation and closing sales. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
  • Self-Driven: Highly motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
  • Technological Acumen: Solid understanding of SaaS products and technology, with the capacity to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
  • Networking Ability: Strong networking capabilities and the skill to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is also valued.
