About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Hazelview Properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team in day-to-day operations, including leasing, building operations, and capital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a superior level of service and support is provided to residents
  • Confirm resident issues and service requests are promptly addressed
  • Ensure building standards are maintained at a high level
  • Train, encourage, and directly support team members in providing a memorable and professional resident experience
  • Manage assigned portfolio of buildings to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs
  • Conduct daily/weekly inspections of grounds, facilities, and equipment to determine if repairs or preventative maintenance is required
  • Discuss possible renovations or improvements with Regional Manager or Property Manager
  • Obtain quotes or bids from contractors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance
  • Supervise contractor work to ensure it has been completed to standard, and review invoices
  • Coordinate after-hours emergencies as required
