Job Title: Delivery Manager

Apex Systems is a leading staffing and consulting firm seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead finance planning and resourcing headcount for multiple internal projects. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in project management, financial planning, and resource allocation, with a strong background in the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage financial planning and resource allocation for multiple internal projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement resource planning strategies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Provide financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure their growth and development.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  • Strong background in the financial industry.
  • Experience with Clarity tool for reporting and financial tracking.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment.
