Store Manager

Circle K is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Sell merchandise and meet sales targets.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels.
- Establish work schedules and authorize payments and returns.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers.
- Hire and train staff, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and accurate with a strong attention to detail.
Work conditions and physical capabilities include working in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines. Personal suitability includes being client-focused, efficient in interpersonal skills, organized, accurate, and reliable.
