Store Manager

Circle K is seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Sales and Revenue: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue, including implementing promotions and discounts.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition, including performing regular cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
- Client Focus: Ability to provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers, and to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records.
- Accurate: Ability to maintain accurate records and perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to maintain a high level of reliability and dependability.
