Job Title: Store Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Manager to join our team at CIRCLE K. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including managing sales floor staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales floor staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and managing stockroom operations
- Ensure excellent customer service, including resolving customer complaints and issues
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Establish work schedules and authorize payments
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliability and organizational skills
Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail required.
Language: English
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
