Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Circle K. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our store.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, controlling expenses, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
- Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth, and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and maintained.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
