About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tophat Billiards. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain accurate records of stock levels to minimize waste and optimize ordering.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to help them develop their skills.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, and motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 hours per week. You will be based in our restaurant, working as part of a dynamic and supportive team.
