About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Noodlebox. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve staff performance.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to maintain optimal stock levels.
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
    • Implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to drive sales growth.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety practices.
  • Ability to work a 35-hour week.
