Client Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Service Associate to join our team at Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care.
Job Summary:The Client Service Associate will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing both client services and staff schedules. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of AlayaCare software.
Key Responsibilities:- Address and resolve any changes or conflicts related to service delivery promptly.
- Allocate resources to meet client needs while complying with regulations, policies, and guidelines.
- Coordinate and monitor service delivery plans to ensure continuity of care, manage and prioritize the waitlist, and compile and analyze service statistics for reporting purposes.
- Create and maintain client files and records, documenting all service changes, client and caregiver requests, and funder requests accurately.
- Respond to inquiries and communicate effectively with clients and/or their families, staff, and partner organizations.
- Provide after-hours support as required to ensure seamless service operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Diploma in Business/Office administration or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.
- Three years of experience in client service liaison, preferably within a healthcare or community service setting.
- Proficiency in using AlayaCare or similar digital software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with staff, managers, and clients.
- Understanding of service regulations, policies, and guidelines.
- Flexibility to provide after-hours support as needed.
- Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.
