- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on operational performance.
- Address and resolve workplace challenges, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate, assign, and review tasks among team members.
- Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain workflow.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to maintain strong relationships.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
Technical ProficiencyProficiency in the following software is required:
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Word
The role is set in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
