Role Overview: We are in search of a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will serve as the primary liaison for our esteemed clients. This role is crucial in nurturing robust relationships and ensuring client success through our offerings. You will guide and inspire solution providers to fully leverage our invitation-only events, facilitating valuable lead generation and networking opportunities. This position is sales-oriented, acting as an extension of our sales team to cultivate long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, proactively addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Equip solution providers with essential knowledge and tools to enhance their participation in our exclusive events, maximizing lead generation and networking opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and portfolio sales, contributing to increased customer lifetime value.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our services, effectively communicating our unique event concept and its advantages to clients.
  • Exhibit excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities to focus on both strategic objectives and client needs.
  • Maintain a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all client interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, account management, customer success, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in building and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and engaging demeanor.
  • Professional proficiency in both French and English languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
