About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Tink as a Digital Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our clients' digital initiatives and ensuring their success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Leadership: Act as a leader and contribute to all business activities related to client accounts, supporting partners in business development and identifying opportunities for client retention and loyalty.
  2. Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Solution Development: Conceive, prepare, and present evolution projects to clients, guiding them and involving the right specialists at the right times.
  4. Relationship Building: Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.
  5. Market Knowledge: Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices to ensure our services remain competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Digital Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the digital world with a business-oriented mindset focused on helping clients.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in French, both spoken and written, and highly functional English.
  4. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, with a concentration in marketing or e-commerce.
