Position Overview

Boeing Jeppesen is on the lookout for a Lead Specialist in Crew Planning, who will report directly to the Customer Success Service Management manager. This role is based in our Montreal office.

The Lead Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients derive maximum benefit from our Manpower solutions. You will be instrumental in aligning with the strategic goals of the crew planning division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in utilizing our advanced Manpower crew planning software.
  • Proactively inform clients about new features that can enhance their workforce management strategies.
  • Engage with both clients and internal stakeholders, including executives, to ensure that the solutions developed meet their specific needs.
  • Conduct maintenance tasks, including software configuration.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) throughout the implementation lifecycle, from project initiation to deployment in the client’s operational environment.
  • Collaborate with project managers and implementation teams to ensure customer satisfaction regarding solution deployment and problem resolution.
  • Enhance crew efficiency through improved training and resource allocation strategies.
  • Analyze and compare various scenarios based on key performance indicators.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 9 years of professional experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, and interpret data, leading to actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with data integration, database configuration, and XML extensions.
  • The ability to read and understand Python code or similar programming languages.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
