Job Summary

MAX FINANCIAL is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing periodic and special reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and ensure that all administrative procedures are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 35 hours of work per week.
