Position Overview

We are in search of a committed and enthusiastic Healthcare Product Strategist to become a vital part of our Product & Customer Experience team. The selected candidate will focus on improving customer satisfaction by gathering, analyzing, and converting user insights into practical product enhancements. This role includes conducting user research, collaborating with various teams, and overseeing product marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  1. User Research and Market Analysis:
  • Identify market trends and customer needs through comprehensive research and user interviews.
  • Utilize research outcomes and user feedback to refine product features and user experience.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to resolve product-related inquiries and collect user insights.

  1. Product Development:
  • Create product roadmaps and prioritize features based on strategic business objectives and customer impact.
  • Translate user feedback, concepts, and business opportunities into detailed product specifications, user flows, and design documents.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.


  1. Product Marketing and Launch Management:
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to facilitate successful product launches.
  • Partner with marketing and customer success teams to formulate go-to-market strategies and develop marketing materials (tutorial videos, help center articles, newsletters, etc.).
  • Ensure clear communication of updates and product values, keeping all stakeholders informed about objectives, plans, and timelines.
  1. Performance Analysis:
  • Track product performance and user engagement through data analysis.
  • Examine customer feedback and product usage metrics to inform future product enhancements.
  • Provide regular insights and reports to stakeholders regarding product performance and user engagement.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, UX Designer, or in a similar capacity within product management.
  • Strong grasp of the product lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector or with healthcare-related products is preferred.
