We are seeking a dynamic Lead Product Strategist to join our team, someone who embodies this commitment and is enthusiastic about the opportunity to innovate healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit strong communication skills, crafting persuasive narratives and demonstrating strategic, critical, and creative thinking.
  • Act as a proactive self-starter, consistently surpassing expectations and exploring new possibilities.
  • Leverage data analytics to guide decision-making, ensuring impactful enhancements are made.
  • Emphasize the significance of meticulous program planning, alongside impeccable execution and delivery.
  • Effectively manage multiple high-volume projects concurrently while maintaining exceptional organization.
  • Establish and cultivate strategic alliances with key stakeholders and emerging entities in the healthcare and wellness sectors.
  • Oversee the market and financial performance of both existing and new products, including key financial metrics and accountability for profit and loss.
  • Analyze and predict market, client, regulatory, and technological trends; develop business plans and present insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new markets and suitable partners for business growth.
  • Lead and engage with cross-functional teams across all business units to optimize product/service delivery and enhance integrated customer solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap and business requirements, informed by market, customer, regulatory, and technological trends.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product or program management within a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Experience in crafting solutions for the healthcare sector is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Agile product management methodologies.
  • A University Degree in Science, Computer Science, or Business Administration; an MBA is a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered an asset.
