Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with diverse stakeholders to understand business needs and navigate various domains including applications, infrastructure, privacy, and security.
- Develop and implement a distinctive product strategy encompassing pricing, bundling, positioning, product lifecycle, promotion, partnerships, and service guidelines.
- Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and emerging players in the healthcare and wellness sectors.
- Oversee the market and financial performance of existing and new products, including revenue, customer standards, operating profit, and return on investment.
- Utilize market research and competitive analysis to recommend solutions for repositioning products.
- Analyze market, client, regulatory, and technology trends; develop business plans and present findings to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new markets and partners for business opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage margins, enhance product delivery, and support integrated customer solutions.
- Maintain a product roadmap and business requirements informed by market, customer, regulatory, and technology trends.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product or program management within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Experience in crafting solutions for the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Familiarity with Agile product management methodologies.
- A degree in Science, Computer Science, or Business Administration; an MBA is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered an asset.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $94,000 - $140,000
Performance Bonus: 15%
