Team Overview:The Retail Operations Supervisor (ROS) will embody the essence of the Pandora brand. - Expand your network and attract top talent to Pandora through seasonal and core recruitment efforts, including Sales Associates and Sales Leads.
- Maintain merchandising and operational standards to ensure a seamless and on-brand shopping experience.

- A proven track record as a results-driven leader with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-performance retail environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and connect with individuals at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills that demonstrate your ability to achieve positive outcomes.
- Expertise in time management, adeptly prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities.
- Proficiency in general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
- Eligibility to work and proof of identity, with a minimum age of 18 years.
- A willingness to embrace flexibility in your work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift over 50 pounds.
