Job Summary
We are seeking a Retail Store Associate to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and processing donations
- Support the sales process by assisting customers with purchases and answering questions
- Work collaboratively with other Team Members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
