Job Summary

Partner ESI is seeking a full-time Property Condition Assessor to complete and finalize specific project tasks according to deadlines and within budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Property Condition Assessments in Toronto and the surrounding area as assigned by the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct project research (historical, regulatory, etc.)
  • Communicate with clients and subject site representatives
  • Conduct site reconnaissance
  • Data compilation and organization
  • Report authoring
  • Preparation of quality supporting documents (site figures, appendices, etc.)
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager associated with report deliverable schedule and plan

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in physical sciences or engineering discipline
  • Relevant experience in environmental or engineering consulting
  • Ability to work on projects concurrently
  • Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Corel, and Excel

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
  • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
