We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mount Alverno Resort and Retreat. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient food preparation and service methods to meet our high standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all food and service meet our high standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and other key metrics.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a team environment with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
