Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. o/a Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, as well as maintain accurate records and files.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
