Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. o/a Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Coffee shop or restaurant environment.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, fast-paced environment, and physically demanding tasks.
