Culinary Specialist

Mahakal Foods Ltd is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality meals for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our customers.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that they are presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies as needed.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills: Excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
