- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
The position is based in an urban setting, where you will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Review and assess new administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel.
- Establish priorities for work and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
- Conduct administrative functions of the organization.
- Administer policies related to information access and privacy legislation.
- Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist in preparing the operational budget and maintain budgetary controls.
- Compile data and generate reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Provide training to staff members.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Resolve conflicts and manage workplace dynamics.
- Plan and monitor budget and expenditures.
Supervise a team of 5-10 individuals.
Technical Skills- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Experience with electronic mail systems.
A criminal record check is required for this position.
